Less than a month ago, we launched the first beta of Sojo Signal, a verified and anonymous online community that connects diverse employees and internship seekers to each other to gain insights about company culture.
Sojo Signal was created out of a need. A need for transparency. A need for connection. A need for acknowledgement.
Soft launching Sojo Signal was one of the most nerve-racking and thrilling moments in my entrepreneurship journey thus far. Being a first-time founder has its ups and downs and I experienced both throughout the last four weeks.
The excitement this community has for Sojo Signal is inspiring me to keep pushing and make a product that meets the needs of diverse employees and internship seekers everywhere. To date, Sojo Signal's MVP boasted employees from companies such as PwC, Morgan Stanley, Merck, and Deloitte.
But there’s so much more to be done.
This is why we are deciding to pause and refine, build, and re-launch an even better version of our product within the next few months. There were some technical issues with the beta and based on some feedback from beta users, we decided that it is best to focus on product development, design, and user experience (UX).
For the next few weeks, the web app will be going through updates and will not be openly available for all, except if you are a part of the waitlist or a current user. In those cases, you will be eligible for exclusive first-look access to provide feedback and ensure that we are building based on your needs.
